Stainless steel sewage submersible/immersion pump (Flange connection)
1. National standard flange WQ(D)-S series full stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pump adopts stainless steel precision casting shell, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, environmental protection, high lift and large flow.
2. The oil chamber adopts fluororubber double-end mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts single-sided fluororubber mechanical seal, which can effectively reduce the problem of water ingress caused by the friction between the skeleton oil seal and the shaft.
3. The motor adopts high-temperature wire, F-class insulation, and thermal protection device, which effectively prolongs the service life of the pump.
4. According to the special requirements of customers, the parts configuration of anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals and high-temperature liquids can be customized.
Applicable to buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory sewage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, sea water and salt water, solid particles contained in general corrosive media, long fiber.
1. The conveying liquid cannot cause obvious corrosion to the 304 or 316 material (please consult for special liquid);
2. Temperature of conveying medium: 0-60°C;
3. Based on the center of the impeller, the diving depth cannot exceed 5 meters;
4. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
5. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7X10^‐7~23X10^-6‐㎡/s.
